The ATM doesn't normally have too long of a wait, there is always a parking spot, the tellers line is mostly short and the Tellers' themselves are friendly and efficient.

Let me repeat:
Friendly & helpful. Only one teller with 12 people in line, day I visited, due to 3 tellers calling in sick.
THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS from anyone but the account holder even though the deposit slip, my permission, In-Home Health worker was authorized to deposit... because she didn't want to open an account with them.
Just hard working folks trying to pay their bills just like everyone else.
I would have liked any kind of "customer friendly" service after many years with them. All I get are canned answers with no substance. I have now decided to shut down my account and bank elsewhere. Good riddance to over charging, not accepting CASH deposits unless the person doing the depositing for me (I'm home-bound) has a personal account with them.
