Staff are great and I'd recommend and work with any of them in a heartbeat. Kim, Leann, Blanche are all fantastic!!!
Very good bank, good friendly staff and the mobile app is top notch. However, if you don't live near the bank you'll have a number of issues with constant fees since their ATMs are not widespread.

Probably a good bank for neighborhood banking but lacks the robustness to service anything more than that. After spending a lot of time to get an account set up I was disappointed to find that BOTW only accepts deposits from their own branded ATMs - not something that is readily available to me here in Pennsylvania. Disappointing performance now that we're in the 21st century.
The people there realy do care and help with with your personal banking needs.

Did not have the best service. When I opened my account with them the lady that did the work on the computer got my middle initial wrong. You would think you would double if not triple check to make sure you have that right. Due to their system I had to come back the next day and speak with the branch manager due to the person I dealt with on day one was their day off. The branch manager seemed to have some sort of chip on her shoulder and seemed as if she did not want to be bothered with it.
