Walked into this branch so that my girlfriend could start a core checking account for her new job. We waited over half an hour with only one person at a desk assisting people with only one person waiting before us; the place was empty about the whole time we waited. Then a young female staff member told us to come back tomorrow and that they were "chaotic" as we look around and only one customer in sight. She wasn't even apologetic. Very disappointed.
I'm not please with BofA. My grandparents have been banking get since the 1930s.
