The space rent is $400/month and there are some nice doublewide mfg homes starting at payments of $499/month ($899 including space rent). There are nice singlewide mfg homes for less. Tax refund check might be enough for a down payment to OWN A HOME and lock-in a long-term fixed rate loan and avoid paying someone else's mortgage and watching them raise the rent. What a great housing alternative - locking in more than half the monthly housing payment FOREVER and having the mortgage interest deduction. World's better than renting an apartment. No more sharing walls with the noisy neighbors.
