I was told that the property manager had work and good pay for me. Then, he tried paying me $12 an hr with no medical insurance. After he had me redo a roof, i told him it wasn't enough. He agreed to pay $15 an hr.
The owner is a slum lord-shady staff-i wouldn't trust this place,my son applied here,got a call from the owner said 19 yrs old was 2 young 2 rent with 2 incomes,went bk 2 pick ALL the copies of his personal information up ( 1 hour later) had a strange feeling, go in the office unexpected the worker was looking through his personal information taking copies. Wth.? We asked her 2 give them back,lets hope she didn't use any of his personal information 4 her financial gain..SHADY WORKER'S. ..
Rude people. My grandma lived there for most of my life n it was Paradise ...now it's hell.. We tried to reminisce this too see my grandma's old trailer and all we got was neighbors being rude..were just trying to have a good time n get this. I would never go back to evergreen trailer park.... There rude. Paradise has turned to hell.
Save yourself the headache. Stay out of here.
The manager is very rude. He couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and wasn’t friendly. I did a drive threw and saw what looked like a lot of tweakers! I wont return
Don't even think its a good place to move into. You have moms house type of rules. They'll let you move in and then watch you like you're a human experiment. I felt uncomfortable.
Looks like it was trashed when I passed by last week.
The property manager didn't hold up to their word. Shorted me on a check and is now keeping my deposit because i don't want to work for them. Also do not want to live there anymore.
I might retract this review if he returns my deposit. Good day!
