Doctor's and staff take the time to make you feel welcome and answer any questions you may have. The eye exams are very thorough and they have the latest up to date equipment to treat and review any eye conditions you may have. I highly recommend Ridge Eye Care as a complete eye exam service as well as a large collection and varied lens options for your new glasses!!
My husband went in because he was having eye pain. He had a contact that folded back into his eye lid. We told the doctor that. After he put dye it and drops he said he couldn't see anything in it. My husband said he still felt it on there. He assured us it was as out and he didn't see anything. We went home with some eye drops .two days later after he had been in pain. His contract that was stuck fell out in the sink! Good eye doctor?!
The Dr is amazing. Staff is nice. But what a joke. Was a few minutes early for our 915 appointment. It's 1015 and still waiting to be seen by the Dr. A family that came in after us is being seen ahead of us. I'm confused and extremely disappointed.
The medical staff are adequate, but the support staff is incompetent and beyond rude. Several times I tried to explain that my vision plan does not give me a card. Support staff asked for my medical insurance card and stated that they would search it that way. I had previously presented this info, but the office staff said they did not keep it, but amazing had my phone number and address on file. They billed the wrong insurance and overcharged me $35.00 dollars on the copay. After I pointed this out the support staff as rudely as possible told me too bad, you signed a paper saying you agreed to pay. The support staff began to yell at me from across the lobby to “calm down mam”. I asked her several times to remove herself from the situation and she continued to humiliate me using a raised voice and announcing my insurance information to all the other patients in the lobby. The office manager told me her support staff never do it wrong and it was my fault. They refused to withdraw the claim from my medical and bill my vision plan. I am out several hundreds of dollars due to their incompetence. DONT EVER GO TO THIS DCTOR!!!! His support staff is incompetent and it will cost you hundreds of dollars you don’t have to pay.
