Dr. Baumgartner is very helpful. He gives you facts, but does not push you to do anything that you are not ready for or sure about. He takes the time needed to do things right the first time, and does not take shortcuts that some other surgeons would to keep on schedule.
Dr Baumgartner preformed a much needed surgery on my jaw recently. I was very concerned about the surgery being on my face, he was very empathetic. His work itself was impeccable! My incision is so clean, so far off my face I feel he really was professional, but also took my concerns to heart. Thank you so much Dr!!!!
Dr. Baumgartner is a fantastic ENT. He has done wonders for our son.
The only issue is that his office can sometimes be difficult to get in touch with, but it is not because they are incompetent or rude - they are actually very nice and great at what they do - it is just that they are so busy!
5/3/2016. I started coughing and choking. He allows patients to wear perfume in his office. I had to leave. dfI am still shaking so it's hard to type. I did my breathings treatment and it took me until now to get my breathing back to something near normal. Don't go to him if you have asthma with perfume and scents as a trigger. IT IS NOT SAFE! They haven't even bothered to call to see if I'm okay. I will never go back.
at 10:15 this morning I suffered a severe asthma attack in his waiting room.
