A week ago last Friday evening, our water heater, located in the attic of all places, started to go south. In a panic, I called Richard at Watkins Plumbing and requested help. Richard had one of his ace plumbers, John, at our door first thing Monday morning. Not wanting any more water heaters in the attic I asked for advice. John suggested installing a tankless water heater in the garage and I agreed. John worked diligently for two solid days to get the new heater in operation before the old one gave up the ghost. He succeeded. We now have an efficient new water heater and the peace of mind of no longer having an old style unit up in the attic waiting to fail and cause great damage.
