They explained what they were going to do and why, regarding power washing, treatment of mold, caulking, priming and number of coats of paint. The prep-work was very thorough, they even caulked areas that had never been caulked before. The painting of our house is immaculate, no paint on anything but the house. We are very happy and pleased with the job.
