Lucito Insurance Company was very helpful when I was looking for insurance on my new home. She told me about all my options and got me a good price. I would and have recommended her to my friends and family. She also was able to lower my car insurance rates at the same time.
Stay away form this Company They refused to give a quote over the phone. classic bait and switch. plus expensive and poor service. I went down to their office they gave a quote of $37/month with the marks i have on my lic. After being their for an hour of being there we were signing the paper work she said oh wait it is going to be $57/month because of the marks on my record. i needed insurance and i have been there for an hour, so i when ahead and got it. The broker refuses to do anything even take my payment with out charging a $15 service fee. If they do anything at all they charge a service fee. i guess they forgot they make commissions. the broker was not very informative and wanted to to charge $20more /month for uninsured motorists so i declined it. as it turns out through another insurance company offered the same uninsured motorist coverage is $2-5/month. the insurance company they set me up with is rude and unprofessional. Commerce west something. STAY AWAY FROM This CO. any other insurance company or broker would be better than these guys. additionally the one who helped me was the Julie Lucito
