I'm giving 5 stars because of Dr. Turner, the facility and the staff however, if it was for Dr. Daniyan, it would be 0 stars. This Doctor would not listen to a thing I had to say and insisted my newborn needed an x-ray after drinking dye to determine acid reflux or something more serious. If he would've listened and realized how mich weight he's gained in just 3 weeks, he would've known an x-ray was not necessary. Thank goodness we didn't listen to him. He talks over you and treats you like you know nothing and also doesn't give you explanations for his diagnosis. Dr. Turner however, is amazing therefore, 5 stars!
A receptionist named Sheila told the doctor I was over ten minutes late, but told me (means I was only 5 min late) that the new rules were to be there ten minutes early and the dr said he wouldn't see me. But when I came back the following month very upset as I needed refills and had to wait and run out of the meds before I could see my dr, my dr said he said he wouldn't see me because she said i was over ten minutes late. I could tell the way she was acting that it wasn't the dr it was her. I have so much more to say but going to do a formal complaint. Can't get through on the phones EVER, and I moved here from the coast where my doctor and I had a trusting relationship. This doctor treats me like he doesn't' even no me and its been over two years. I am very disappointed.
Every time I've been to this facility, the wait time has been short, the care exceptional and the diagnosis correct. I am so glad we have this resource in our community.
Very annoying when they schedule appointments, but never seem to stick to them. Even when you show up half hour early each time I got called in at least 30mins late. Unprofessional and inconvenient
They care about their patients and listen to the patient. They take walk-ins, have primary care, specialties, pediatrics, behavioral health, a pharmacy, and a lab that takes blood work, ultrasound, and x-rays...all in the same building. They also have a dental clinic, but unless it's an emergency, you'll have a long time before getting in, with the exception of kids 5 and younger. They've been trying to get more dentists and are very pleasant. I've heard that if you don't have private insurance, they won't do certain things like root canals, crowns, etc. They also have a small physical therapy area with a couple of months wait time to get in, but they are very nice and care about the patient. Some people, especially speech and occupational therapy, are sent to PT at their clinic off of Clark Road.
