The automatic car wash is the rubber "brush" style and does a good job at removing stuck on grime. They also have 3 manual wash bays, that we didn't use. We couldn't get the bill-breaker to work, but the attendant on sight was very helpful and got us change for the vacuum cleaner. He was very attentive and had the entire lot very neat and clean.
My mom went through the auto wash last Sunday 10-1-17. First it ate her $9, auto wash didn't even turn on. I get out, have my mom call the # on the office door, no answer, no attendant visible. Apparently the guy vacuuming his car was the attendant and just ignored us until it was obvious that we weren't going to leave so he asked if we needed anything. So he plays around with the screen on the auto wash machine and accomplishes jack. Then he calls the owner. It took 1/2 an hour before the owner, Janet, and her husband or boyfriend or whoever he was (Alan was his name) got there, they get the machine moving again and ask if we still want a car wash or a refund. We made the mistake of wanting the car wash, the owner folds in the sideview mirrors and sends us in. And then their machine proceeds to tear off my mom's driver side mirror anyway. So they say don't worry, have an estimate done And we'll take care of it. Mom gets the estimate done the next day, Monday, and calls all week, leaves repeated messages, and doesn't get a call back until Saturday. She gave them her address to send the check and next thing she knows she gets a cryptic message from Janet saying she had been having trouble reaching my mom. We still don't know if they are going to honor their word and pay for the mirror, in the meantime my mom is driving around without a sideview mirror, risking a ticket because these people can't distinguish their ass from a hole in the ground. Mom didn't want to leave a review, she's too nice. This place is poorly managed, unkempt, and run down. Do not ever take your car there!
Its ok, needs better maintenance and up keep but its the only car wash in town so it does the job.
In June 17th I went to this business to wash my car, I put $7.00 in quarters in the machine and all I was able to do was rinse my car--no soap came out of the brush. Then when I went to vacuum my car I put $3.00 in to vacuum. The hose was so dirty is got my upholstery dirty along with my hands. I've phoned twice to ask for a refund. I left my name, phone number and address. I've never heard back! I will never give this business my money again. So much for keeping my money on the ridge.
Ripped. A off again paid 6 dollars green light comes on and nothing the water pressure is so low you can't knock even dust off the hood so then I try drive thru and it ripped me off this town needs a carwash that works I'm going to chico to wash car ridiculous that this place never works
