David quoted me a price, and a time to pick my car up.
Anyway, the car was left there for over a week, I was told only five days, and it went eight. When I picked it up, I kept noticing issues with it, the shop said it was normal and it would go away. It never did, it just got worse! I was so frustrated with the whole mess. I heard from a friend, about David at NBK Auto and decided to see what he could tell me. Not only did he know right away what was wrong with my car, but he was able to show me that the previous place had lied about to me, they never replaced a part that they said was replaced.
If you need anything done with your car, you should definitely take it here. I'll come back here from now on.
My car is running so good, and I couldn't be happier with the experience I had. I'm not one to write reviews on places, I just don't have the time. I wanted to write one for this place because I was so surprised and pleased with his work.
This is the kicker, when I went to pick up my car, I was prepared to pay the quoted amount. David informed me that he didn't need to use one of the parts he thought he would need! It took almost two hundred dollars off the total amount. I couldn't believe it. I've always been told you couldn't trust mechanics, obviously that wasn't the case with this place. He could have not said a word, and I never would've known the difference. Because my husband works out of town, I was by myself. I know nothing about cars, he could have taken my money, and I would have never known.
I was in a car accident recently and needed to have my car repaired. I have a husband that works out of town, and four daughters at home. Being short a car was a huge problem for my family. We took the car into the first place (I don't want to bash anyone so I won't mention what company it was)
